Jax
You can see the crane from the construction of this building way off in the distance...
ChrisPHous
Wow, they are already working on this? I didnt know...
houstontx
The entire footprint of the building will have a 4' (approx) below grade crawl space. This scope of work should already have began, if it hasn't finished. Now the above grade vertical phase is almost done being contracted. It shoud start moving along quickly soon. LarryDierker
the blinds are inside of the window. You need some type of key to open them I believe. Edited March 25, 2012 by LarryDierker

'Stonian
I was in Houston over the Memorial Day weekend and saw this building. Even at only 12-13 stories it has a dramatic effect on the Med Center skyline from the east.., it just stands out and appears significantly taller.

Montrose1100
Awesome Photo from the unique prospective. Thank you for that! The trench...I mean "Bayuo"...makes me very sad. Some trees would do wonders.
Naviguessor
Oh Jeez. Did I really spell Bayou, "Bayuo"?! It would be nice if the City/Parks Board would consider returning the Breas BAYOU (and some others) to a more natural state...in the future. Like they are doing with Buffalo Bayou. I do realize that the "Improvements" here are much more extreme, however.
wernicke
TMC is pretty amazing. Enjoyed seeing an updated overview shot. Not pictured is the huge MD Anderson administrative building south of the bayou. This Zayed building somewhat marks the end of about a 10 year spurt of constant major construction in the TMC. That bayou needs to be fixed badly. Edited August 15, 2013 by wernicke
