VicMan
I am aware that Missouri City is divided in two by the county line. How is the Harris County portion of Missouri City in comparison to the Fort Bend portion.I know that the Harris portion is served by Houston ISD instead of Fort Bend ISD:The following schools, all located in Houston, serve the Harris County portion of Missouri City* Bell Elementary (south and west of Beltway 8) and Gross Elementary (north and east of Beltway 8)* Welch Middle* Westbury High
The Great Hizzy!
Larger African-American demographic, solidly middle income, older subdivisions, a bit higher crime rate, more parks (stands to reason) not quite as dense as the newer developments west of Texas Parkway. Its off airport about 1 or 2 miles, past the intersection with the CVS pharmacy and near those scuzzy apts...Anyways, my grandma lives down there. Im not familiar with the rest of Missouri City, so i couldnt tell you how it compares, but what Great hizzy says is a good descripiton.
