The verges house is currently being modified to allow for a more traditional hvac system. The existing system of ducts in the slab has become extremely inefficient due to age and foundation issues. We recently leveled out the foundation which had succumbed to the previous drought and continued under-reaming by water runoff through a number of factors. From one side of the home to the other we had to remediate almost 7" of drop. This has been accomplished and now we're dealing with the below grade ducts which are compromised beyond repair.

We're currently over framing the roof to allow for a more traditional duct install. This is being done in a manner to complement the style of the home.

Stop by if your curious!!

Slaney Designs is the contractor performing the work.

Stephen Laney is the Architect designing the remediation.

CPH Engineering created the foundation remediation plans.
