The Austin Marriott Marquis, which will be owned and operated by White Lodging Services Corp. , is scheduled to break ground mid-2012 and will offer 110,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel’s construction should generate more than 545 full-time construction jobs, and the hotel will employ 750 when it opens, Marriott said.
