theoriginalkj
If you visit other cities, you can come across some visually stunning Starbucks located in some memorable locations. My personal favorite is the Starbucks in San Antonio on the Riverwalk. It's a two story Starbucks that overlooks the Riverwalk and is a fantastic place to sit back and read or relax. Houston seems to have a few "good" Starbucks, but doesn't have a "GREAT" Starbucks. The Starbucks on West Gray seems to get the most attention, and I'll admit that it's good. What do you guys think!?theoriginalkj
ricco67
I like any of the one of the three on Shepherd and W. Gray. Love watching the people at the various Starbucks judging the people that go to the OTHER starbuckses.

dbigtex56
Oxymoron. The best Starbucks is the one you avoided on your way to the Inversion/Brasil/Empire Cafe/Rice Coffee House/etc...In principle, I agree. Have to admit that I usually run into old friends or new ones at the Hawthorne - Montrose location. And the people-watching isn't bad, either.I still have trouble with using euphemisms for 'small', 'medium' and 'large'.
CoolBuddy06
Bumping this topic up since we've had more Starbuck's locations, and I'm looking for a good place to study for like 5-hour stretches, 3 times/week.
