DaV Posted July 7, 2010 Share Posted July 7, 2010 Off League City Parkway and South Shore Blvd, a community called Hidden Lakes was supposed to go in. It was being developed by the son of Bob Perry (Perry Homes) and was supposed to be where the South Shore Harbour Development would go once the community reached buildout. Homes were supposed to start being built in 2007. The streets for the first two phases went in and the new Education village on the east side of the development is pretty much done. But what happened to the rest of the development? Has anyone heard about the developer or maybe if they're just waiting for SSH to fully reach close-out?? bred Posted April 5, 2011 Share Posted April 5, 2011 A friend of mine works for J Patrick Homes, who was planning on building there, and I think the economic downturn was the main factor that delayed the development. I also heard something about Bob Perry going through a messy divorce, so I think that played a part as well. I believe Hidden Lakes will still be developed, just a few years behind schedule.
