There's a buzz of new development going on right now over on Kluge Rd. between Huffmeister and Grant Rd. in Cypress.

1) Expansion of Kluge to a 4 lane boulevard with a median.

2) Kluge Lake custom-home, gated community with half-acre wooded lots (20,000 sq ft). There's a jogging path around a lake. Minimium sq. footage 3,500 sq ft. Prices starting at $500K and up. (50 homesites)

3) Coventry Homes is building a neighborhood next door to Kluge Lake. It's also heavily wooded with nice big trees and a lake as its centerpiece. Prices will be around the $400's.
