According to the report the guy did the same thing to someone else and so he was already in the dna database.The ACLU would object to this, but I've always believed a DNA sample should be take upon birth or entrance to the country. .Quite a quite a few crimes can be easily solved. Fringe Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 I am very for the death penalty where it is applicable, but when it comes to crimes like this, I think a slow form of dismemberment is quite appropriate.This is the most heinous crime imaginable.
