Willowisp
They look pretty good for someone who can tolerate the freeway. Living next to a big road, I know the negative side of noise, but there are things that can help fight and/or mask noise. It's just another choice in living where you do.JasonPerusing my porn tonight - HAR - I stumbled upon these 2 mods on Woodvalley, both conveniently open on Sunday August 23rd:4423 Woodvalley3611 WoodvalleySunken mosaic tile shower, exposed beams, terrazzo flooring, divider screens, UFO lighting, teak walls: I'm intrigued. Willowisp
Granted it was a Sunday afternoon and not rush hour, but I didn't think the traffic noise was that bad at either house today. Hopefully someone appreciates what these houses have to offer and buys one of them.JasonThey look pretty good for someone who can tolerate the freeway. drex
Agreed. I looked at a unit in Townhouse Manor last year and could hear the traffic inside. missjanel
I believe that the townhouse did have noise reducing draperies but it was still not enough to drown out the freeway noise. I heard that the buyer negotiated for the seller to make concessions for new windows that would also help to decrease traffic noise. I wonder if it was enough to completely eliminate or at least come close to having no noise issues? Agreed. I looked at a unit in Townhouse Manor last year and could hear the traffic inside.
