Man that's a shame. I've got a musician friend who bought a house out there after cleaning up on a couple of albums. He talks about the water problems they have. He says the new neighborhoods don't even have grass because the restrictions are so tight on water usage.

i hear rocks are easier to landscape anyhow ... and you don't have to cut them twice a month. but seriously, i think booms aren't always what they are cracked up to be.

There is always water in Las Vegas if your are willing to pay for it. Many resorts, golf courses, and casinos pay top dollar for water much high per gallon than any residential consumer would pay. The water restrictions they have are no different than in many parts of Arizona and even El Paso.

If I would ever live in Las Vegas, I would definitely by a high rise condo. They are building so many of them and the views are awesome.
