I feel like Allen Parkway winds so much it covers enough ground to call the area that. Also, I went out to Buffalo Bayou Park today. How dare you not share. When the never built Allen Center tower was shown I knew it was only a matter of time before a skyscraper would spill over the freeway and change the view. If 45 is turned into a park this location will be prime. Later down the road the wood frame wraps will be taken out. There are two concepts I saw, the more value engineered one is what I described but don't take value engineered the wrong way... the design is still of a very high caliber. From what you saw from previous renderings, the buildings look nothing like that. I would say the main tower is also within the 450-475ft range based on what I saw. There is a lot of glass and it is a very sleek, modern looking building. That's all I can say...there's also this little sky bridge that goes over Allen Pkwy to the park.
