They aren't cute but definitely better than the previous dumping ground and the other places around there (dumptropolis, I like to call it)... Joe Ann Green is his realtor AKA lap dog to trap people into leasing agreements then at the end of their lease, both Joe Ann and Michael steal deposits. They are scumbags.
