I know there are some apartments near it like at Lakewood Forest Dr. and Cedar Point. Should I let those apartments drive me away? I'm not from the area so I want the opinion of those who live there. It is my opinion that Dave Powers homes are well built.I like that neighborhood because the houses' architecture is not the same old thing as many other neighborhoods.You might be able to see how values there are trending by going to har.com, or by asking a realtor to do this for you.-Gary K Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
