Lynne77009 Posted December 23, 2008 Share Posted December 23, 2008 Does anyone know about the building on the north side of Franklin near the downtown post office? I think it used to be a garage for the police department. The facade from the street has no windows or doors, but on the back side and east side there is extensive construction going on.
