TJones
SO, the Mayor has to spend $3000 in lights to save $5 on the electric ? Sure, that makes sense. Did he at least donate the old lights to some folks less fortunate who can use them on their tree or house ?

Point is, wait until the old lights burn out before replacing with new.LOL! meme, I was a little more generous, I gave the Mayor $5 a month for the next 50yrs.Does anyone else have outdoor Xmas lights that are 50yrs. old ? 40yrs ? 15yrs? Anyone ?I think it is a nice gesture, and those LEDs certainly will be much brighter, I'm just sayin'.
