After further research, my wife and I decided that we didn't want to pursue anything in the area. We had looked at it once before and weren't sure about it but this time it's pretty concrete. But after taking a deep look into it, it's not the right fit for us. We are pretty much going to go with the Katy area right on the verge of Cypress.
