native_Houstonian Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 Ok, for all of you in West Houston, this will become you new favorite Italian restaurant! Andrea, formerlly the head chef at Patrenella's on Jackson Hill has opened his own restaurant on Westheimer at Dairy Ashford. It's called Andrea Ristorante Italiano. The family went last night, and the food is pretty much the same menu as Patrenella's used to be. However, I reallly think the food last night was better than what he used to serve at Patrenella's. It was absolutely fabulous. I'm still full this morning because of my gluttony last night! He's been open only 2 months, but already the restaurant had a good crowd. I hope he makes a go of it!!
