richfish
I really hope this building doesn't end up looking like The Mark, because that's where it looks like it's going.
Avossos
I really hope this building doesn't end up looking like The Mark, because that's where it looks like it's going. I think when all the floors are in, it will look more like the building in Chicago.

fatesdisastr
So I count 23 Floors - I guess this means we should expect 17 more! I'm counting 24 including the level they are working on
Avossos
I'm counting 24 including the level they are working on cool. Same, just wasnt sure if I needed to count that or not. Will be a pretty tall building, considering its location. Will be impossible to miss.

nativehoustonion
This building will be tall. It may be higher than The Huntington.
bobruss
Sorry about the poor job of cutting and pasting, but this is about how tall it will look just before they top out the building with the 15 additional floors.

JoninATX
With only 13 floors to go, this tower is a beast! I need to get back to Houston soon to visit.
cloud713
"Only" 13.. Heh, that's like 1/3rd the whole tower
wxman
Is it just me or is this tower 'lost' in the midst of everything else. When driving along the west loop or down the southwest freeway, you really have to be looking for it to see it....at least that's been my experience.

cloud713
Agreed, it was pretty easy to spot from 610.. Will be even more when it's another 12 or so stories taller...

I come home from 610 north and turn right onto I-10. I've only been able to spot it once in the stretch between 290 and I-10, but I think once it's taller and the glass is installed, it will be easier
mfastx
It's just not that close to a freeway. Doesn't mean it's "hidden," just that if you don't get off the freeways, it won't be right in front of you.
fatesdisastr
The construction camera must have one of the dirtiest lenses I've seen. As long as I have been looking at it, it never has been able to get a good shot without tons of glare and smudge
