sevfiv
Rice University students took home top honors at Columbia University's design competition, "Mega-Block Charrette." The two-day competition asked teams to look at China's current high-density housing developments, known as mega-blocks, and create designs for energy-conscious and profitable housing.[...]"Their scheme was particularly innovative in suggesting how a high-density housing project can offer new landscapes and urban environments within the mega-block," said Clover Lee, assistant professor of architecture at Rice. Lee served as the team's adviser.http://www.media.rice.edu/media/NewsBot.as...EW&ID=10758
