Boris 30
After my last Thursday's hearing, I needed a good buzz so I cruised down Ocean Drive and Shoreline Blvd in CC. Began near CC A&M and finished up at the convention center and Heritage Park. (Yes I know there's a smudge in every shot. I didn't notice the lens was dirty until I got back to Houston. Also, there are only a few people about because it was mid-morning and presumable the kids were in school [except the skateboarders] and the adults were working [except me]). pookrat 4
Great pictures. That is a shame about the Courthouse.
houstonartstudent 30
now I see why downtown Houston has restrictions for building signage...that American Bank logo on the top of One Shoreline Plaza takes away from its interesting design...but great pictures nonetheless! HarrisCountyEx 0
The first and only time I went to Corpus, some 25 years ago, I remember driving down what I guess was Ocean. I abosolutely fell in love with the homes I saw. Is there a road called Emerald or has the word Emerald? Very nice pictures and I couldn't see smudges.
Retama 3
Lived there more than 20 years ago. Thanks for the shots.
cnote 1
I haven't been to Corpus since I was little, probably 19-20 years ago...and for such a naturally pretty place, it really hasn't changed much since then. I am really surprised it isn't developed more than it is. I know I would love to have a house down there!!! great fishing and great beaches...that is all you need. Talbot 31
Too bad about the courthouse indeed. It really is a great looking structure.
