texas911 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 I took a look at it. It has horrible foundation problems and the previous owner did absolutely no upkeep on this little gem. I saw water leak marks on the ceiling. And some of the windows needed replacing. The backyard totally rocks though, it really is like a hidden paradise back there.
