Ed Cross bought the development and as you can see gave it a new design and a new name. Broadway Lofts Thanks to Andres for including these images on his River North site. I know the current shell doesn't seem to allow for parking on the bottom, but of course that's northing a good jackhammer can't solve. The previous development had retail included and I'd venture to bet that the new developers intend to have some as well.
