plumber2
Taylor Lake residents and the newly developed Clear Lake Forest subdivision incorporated in the early 60's when it was apparent that Pasadena was annexing south along Red Bluff Rd. This was back in the day when cities could annex 10' wide strips out into the county without having to worry about providing services. Taylor Lake Village, and El Lago were able to get this done before Pasadena could reach them. I'm not sure if Seabrook was incorporated at this time either. Two 19-story condo towers are being proposed for the north side of Clear Lake in Taylor Lake Village -- where no building stands taller than three stories. The 1.24-square-mile city is one of many located in the Clear Lake area, such as El Lago, Seabrook and Nassau Bay.
