Welch Express-News Business Writers An emerging player in medical office real estate is going to boost its portfolio by at least 300,000 square feet with two San Antonio health-care buildings, in the South Texas Medical Center and Stone Oak. As part of a 69-acre mixed-use project announced Friday, called Agora Palms, DAG Healthcare, a division of San Antonio-based Dominion Advisory Group Inc., plans to build medical offices on what is one of the largest undeveloped land tracts left in Stone Oak.
