I always thought if Dubai can build those huge man made Islands we could atleast rebuild our beaches. Lets just hope a major Hurrican dose not wash up all the efort once complete. Am I reading this right?How did that work?LeBlanc recalled that drivers could once exit Texas 3005 on a ramp at the end of the seawall and drive onto the beach. Those beaches eroded decades ago, and the ramp has been barricaded.It's at the west end of Seawall Blvd before it turns into San Luis Pass Rd on msn live maps birds eye view you can clearly see the ramp is baricaded and no signs of a drivable beach.
