editor Posted August 25, 2007 Share Posted August 25, 2007 I recently went to Richmond, Virginia for the first time. There's a lot more to the city than I expected. But it's also suffering from the same problems as other cities of its size (core rot, etc...) Virginia State Capitol - they were building an underground visitor's center at the time. Unfortunately, just like Georgia, Virginia's capitol is hemmed in to close, so you can't really stand back and get a good appreciation for it.
