Mark F. Barnes
It is hardcoded. I have only seen a couple of devices which was not 0000.
KimberlySayWhat
I called Best Buy and spoke to the person who sold it to me and she said just to put in 00000, but it still says "failed to connect". I've reinstalled it three times. I think it's some minor glitch somewhere because my phone recognizes the computer and my computer recognizes the phone. It just doesn't seem to be fully connected for some reason. I'll have to call Best Buy again later. Thanks!
