I keep a running list on Houston Mod's website, Houstonmod.org under the "real estate resource" section. There are two folders, one for houses under $250k and one for houses over $250k.

Depending upon what your definition of "reasonable" is, there are definitely a lot of different areas where you can find them. Westbury, Robindell, and lest we forget, Glenbrook Valley all offer mods, (when they are available) starting under $150k.

I work with a lot of MCM buyers and unfortunately pickings are a bit slim right now. It sometimes takes patience, some luck and good timing to land the right one.
