musicman Posted August 14, 2007 Share Posted August 14, 2007 the intent is great but the city will ultimately probably get an extra 800/house from many builders and we'll get no add'l park space. seems like lowering the density on some of these "tear down a house and build 8 townhomes" developments would accomplish something similar.
