This person needs at least 5 years in development with experience in all aspects of the process, including: site identification, acquisition, budgeting, forecasting, familiarity with every generation of architectural drawings (SD, DD, etc.), ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, understanding of title issues, buyer interaction, to name a few.Please have references available.Salary commensurate with experience.
