The decedent was wearing: 1) dark blue athletic shorts with a horizontal red stripe near the bottom and a white waistband; 2) a "New Mode" brand snap front, pink hooded t-shirt, size small with drawings of monkeys on the front; 3) clear plastic sandals; 4) a white metal ring on the right ring finger; and 5) one green plastic bracelet on the right wrist and two black plastic bracelets on the left wrist.
