I had Drake Development's webpage for this condo bookmarked, and the link has since been deactivated. Also, I called them a few months to get pricing, and they said they were no longer taking reservations. Very sketchy response, which I interpreted as they were thinking of pulling the plug. This isn't necessarily a bad thing though. I feel too many projects were proposed last year, and it's good if some fall out to add some more supply/demand balance to the market.
