KinkaidAlum Posted July 3, 2007 Share Posted July 3, 2007 That low approval rating makes sense to me.Every Republican polled will say the new Democratic Congress is a failure.Most Dems except for the died-in-the-wool members of the DNC will also say they are a failure because they haven't done what most people who elected them wanted them to do; be tough about the war and get us the hell out of Iraq.It is clear that the last election wasn't about abortion or gay marriage or even the economy. It was about the war and the lies that got us into Iraq.I vote Democratic about 80% of the time but I'd rate them a failure right now if asked.
