Any help would be appreciated.Aran and Franklin, I believe, is on Galveston Island (structural engineers), Shellmark in Texas City (I think they do that type of work) and D&D Marine does piling work on the island. jhime Posted October 11, 2007 Share Posted October 11, 2007 If you want it done right I would call Coastal Building Inspections (windstorm engineers) at 281-331-0788 upfront.I do inspections (not engineering) and they are the best engineers I've seen as compared to all others in these "wanna be" builders homes.
