Subdude Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 Houston City Council approves new incentives for owners of designated historic propertiesYesterday, Houston City Council approved amendments to the historic preservation ordinance that will provide additional incentives for property owners who conduct approved rehabilitations of designated historic buildings. Separate provisions were made for the owners of historic houses and owners of historic commercial buildings.
