i love google, but today i fell even more in love.

go to maps.google.com, type directions from New York, New York to Paris, France and look at direction number 23.

Not very efficient. They should direct people swim with the Gulf Stream.

...also, there are apparently only valid ports of entry for swimmers at Boston and Le Havre. Even if you want to swim to England, first you have to go through Le Havre. Apparently you can't swim to China, though.

huh? and Randy Nester, idk I did a google search and it is some guy, should I know him?

I like Live Search by Microsoft "bird's eye view" there is a link somewhere on here.

I just wish the bird'seye view was for everywhere.
