The next block west on Gray has had a Juliet sign for years, but I haven't seen anything on this block... interesting. Seems like it would be more commercial or High/Mid rise value than townhome-ish, but whatever. Those property owners will need to get on and stay on the City to clear out homeless park across the street under the Pierce elevated.whoops, looked down and someone else asked the same question the week before... well hopefully someone will figure something out.
