I know I'd come across this one as an ad on Bisnow in the past, but for some reason just didn't post anything about it. Not really exciting per se, but it is a project that I'm reasonably certain hasn't been mentioned before. West side of the beltway, just north and east of the intersection of Clay. Across the Beltway from Westway Park. Melia Medical Center: Multifamily At 8383 El Mundo St.
houfit posted a topic in Texas Medical Center
Hello all, I'm looking to move closer to the medical center but am on a budget and cannot afford a class-a luxury apartment. I was looking on Google and found a multifamily complex called Melia Medical Center located at 8383 El Mundo Street. Does anyone have any experience regarding the Melia Medical Center apartments? They are super close to the TMC! How is the build quality? How are the neighbors? Thanks for any, and all feedback!-
