I'm curious as to what everyone thinks of it. It was the last big project of note during the 80's, and it's been through several name changes throughout it's tenure. It just seems so odd that it isn't connected to the tunnels (The food court below doesn't count), and that they're only now establishing retail above ground...

I believe that's Kenneth Schnitzer's old personal residence. It's a really cool plot of land but the current owners wanted crazy rent. I was thinking about turning it into a private club/gym/retreat but the numbers didn't work. I wonder if they've sold it or someone with deeeeeeppppp pockets is doing something.

Just a quick research-y question (I'm trying to put together a small page on this building): can anyone confirm that the 2400 Bolsover building is Hood's Times Building? This house is on Friar Tuck in Sherwood Forest, very close to the famous mini French Palace. Anyone know anything about this house? It looks like a good, clean, simple design, probably 1960s.
