This is going to be a huge facility. It's interesting to watch these manufacturing companies find new homes in the Grand Parkway corridor out west and east. Does anyone know about the development on Peek Rd between 1093 and Bellaire? A quick Google search showed some plans for "The District" at Parkway Lakes, but the website looks dated so I'm not sure if this is even the same development. Is this project still alive? A movie theater/bowling alley/restaurant/bar (Santikos Theatre Palladium 22) is in the bidding stages for the NE corner of Grand Pkwy and West Bellfort.

Does anyone have a link to the site plan for the 90 acre mixed development in Long Meadow Farms on 99?. I know the theatre is 20 acres, but has anyone else signed for the other 70 acres?

OK, I know Grand Parkway has been hopelessly delayed and this won't to fruition for years, but how would they connect 99 to 290? I saw this map (http://www.grandpky.com/images/maps/segE_Map4of4.pdf) but it wasn't entirely clear. Would they move the railroad to add space, or would they do something like how Grand Parkway and Interstate 10 was done prior to the MKT abandonment? Also, around that area, a power center was planned, anchored by an H-E-B. There was a sign there for several years, will that ever get done?

Does anyone know why the road has been fenced off at the end of Canal where it intersects Bellaire. This is behind the new Wal-Mart at 99 and bellaire? They have fenced off a huge area, looks like it may be another master planned community.

Does anyone know what is going on with Pulcinella? For several weeks after Ike they had a "Temp Closed" sign on the door. Now, there's no sign and their phones are disconnected. Thanks!

I was driving home and noticed a sign that said coming soon " The Reserve at Grandparkway" this is on the west side of 99 and after Kingsland Blvd. but before Highland Knolls / Bayhill Blvd. Does anybody have any information?

What is going up on the corner of 99 and Mason across from Sonic? When are they going to finally build the Kroger? I see 2 banks and part of a shopping being built now.

They started grading this past week next to the HEB on Fry @ 99 to put in a Palais Royal. Still space for another medium sized business to the west of this. Palais Royal

I just got the Katy Loving Mag. Denny's has a Coming Soon ad located in front of Home Depot...........nice to have Breakfast close but can you imagine the increase in traffic around that area......... -

There is a little footbridge right off the westbound feeder road in between Mason and 99. It's the dam*dest thing. It goes over a ravine. It looks very old. Does anyone know anything about it?

(Houston, Texas) - The SH 99/Grand Parkway bridge over I-10/Katy Freeway will be closed for reconstruction effective 12:01 AM, Tuesday, February 15. The northbound and southbound frontage roads of SH 99/Grand Parkway will be reconstructed as part of the Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program. In the new configuration, the frontage roads of SH 99 will go underneath the mainlanes of I-10. The contractor has been allocated a maximum of 37 working days to restore cross-corridor access at SH 99 and has a $50,000 per/day incentive to get the work done early with a maximum incentive of $500,000. Likewise, the contractor will be subject to penalties of $50,000 per/day (with no maximum) if he exceeds the 37 days.
