The property at 212 Milam St., presently occupied by the more-or-less abandoned Chase Motor Bank across the street to the north from Market Square Tower, has recently been listed for sale: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/212-Milam-St-Houston-TX/15558588/ Here's hoping for some nice redevelopment to extend the skyline further north.

Says 31-stories on the slide, but it has been revised to 33-stories; the design is the same except for the top and facade details. I don't know much else unfortunately. HPA_Urban_Architecture_Digital2.pdf Edit: Revised design below.

Wow. Very interesting. http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/morning_call/2015/12/exclusive-condominium-tower-planned-for-greater.html The 35-story condo tower would have between 120 to 150 units, ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 3,200 square feet and in price from $230,000 to $1.2 million. The units would feature naturally heated and cooled floors and high-end finishes. “We see an opportunity for condos in Houston,” Trujillo said. “The younger generation isn’t looking for the white picket fence in the suburbs anymore.”

This project here is listed as "Gray + Houston". I don't have enough to know if it's for Houston or not. GDA is a Dallas-based architect, behind the design for Chelsea-Montrose and Crest at Fondren. http://gda-architects.com/gda-gray---houston.html

Ok you guys as I was headed toward Houston today, I saw this tower (currently on the 2nd floor and I sorta knew that somethng was being built there) but, I don't know how it will look when completed.... Its kind of ironic how the Galveston County Daily News did a story on this today though, they even have a pic. Photo by Kevin M. Cox So, can someone find a rendering and more infomation on this please? _________ Also two more towers are going up (possibly) right on the side of the feeder road near Nasa Road 1 in Clear Lake. They had a rendering and a "coming soon" sign on the site (before

Looking for lots Turnberry, a Florida-based developer, is sniffing around Houston for a site to build a swanky high-rise residential tower. A spokeswoman from the company said there is talk about a Houston project, but there was "no information to give out." A look at the company's most recent brochure, however, reveals a lot more. It says Turnberry is planning a 42-story tower for the Uptown/Galleria area. Sources said the company may be looking at a site owned by Walton Street Capital near the Williams Tower. Founded by Donald Soffer, the company has such developments as the Aventura Mall i
