    I alluded to this in the 2929 Wesleyan thread but now that bisnow referenced it this morning I figured it was ok to talk about. PM is redeveloping the solvay site by tearing down the existing bldg and replacing it w a hotel/condo and building a 20 story office next door. I can't confirm much re the hotel but it sounds like the office is moving forward and would assume the hotel is as well. Don't expect anything earth shattering architecturally speaking. Should be a nice addition regardless. There are a few more projects proposed in the immediate area as well, some further along than others, but 3333 sounds like the closest thing to a guarantee.

    Kirby Interchange is a 8-building Life Science Business Park located at the intersection of Kirby Dr. & W. Bellfort Ave. This is actually one of many BioTech campuses in the area. Hospitals serve the TMC proper, while the outskirts are filled with Pharmaceutical, Device Manufacturing, and BioTech companies. Here's the Transwestern leasing flyer. https://transwestern.com/property/kirby-interchange I stopped by this weekend and took a picture of the leasing signage. One or more of the buildings have an address of 8955 -8981 Interchange Dr.

Houston-based Dienna Nelson Augustine broke ground two weeks ago on DNA Westway II and III, which will contain a total 436,200 square feet of Class A office space. The 13.5-acre tract where the two offices are being built was the last available parcel in the 150-acre Westway Park at Beltway 8 and Clay Road that was developed by Houston-based Wolff Cos. full story

    I noticed about two weeks ago that a crane had appeared behind the Texas Orthopedic Hospital in the Texas Medical Center at Greenbriar and S. Main. This past week, they began to add some steel beams to the top of the existing 3 story building - building some steel framework about 2 stories tall. Driving by today, I snapped a few pics. Doing a quick Google search, I managed to find a small bit of info, including some interior and an exterior renderings. http://www.behance.net/gallery/13794267/Texas-Orthopedic-Hospital Sounds like they are doing a 2 story vertical expansion onto their existing building. I really couldn't find any other details besides that. Anyone know any additional details?
