  1. I'm certain I saw a topic about this but couldn't find it. Merge if necessary. Multi block apartments by Alliance Broadstone in Eado. Saw signs on all sides of this future project. I assume the retail portion on the northern side will continue. Sparkle burger on the southwest corner was closed and abandoned, I wonder if they moved elsewhere? They were pretty good old school burgers but don't ever order a double, they were huge.
  2. Name of Development: The Mill Developer: Triten Real Estate Partners Location: 2219 Canal Street General Info: This includes a multi-family building, two freestanding restaurants, and approximately 13,000 SF office building (4 story with restaurant, coffee shop, retail on the ground floor). The multi-family is a 7-Story with 323 Units, equaling approximately 262,000 SF. It includes a restaurant, retail space, fitness area, club, event space, exterior amenity pool deck, fitness lawn, co-working space and parking garage. EDIT: Renderings are of the multi-family portion only. Site plan added for reference. Architects: EDI International Michael Hsu Still in design phase. This is all of the information I have at the moment.
  3. It's interesting to note that the surface lot across from this just went on the market. http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/SEC-WESLAYAN-W-ALABAMA-Houston-TX/11813599/
  4. Any know more information? This is proposed multifamily, near downtown. I assume these are a high-rise or mid-rise project, most likely the latter. 5. Not sure if this is new "roiling" or a known development (also technically EaDo), but I'm adding it here: Sunrise Lofts - 89 Units with 81 designated as Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief https://csd.harriscountytx.gov/Documents/Table of Selected CDBG-DR Affordable Rental Projects 051920 - website.pdf Recent (3/22/21) plan review permit states 64,086 sq ft apts with amenities. Currently an empty lot.
  6. Big land sale announced: http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/morning_call/2015/02/21-acre-industrial-site-near-downtown-houston.html?page=all
  7. 5-story multifamily apartments, leasing and tenant amenities with associated 7-story parking garage. Address is 816 Addicks-Howell Road.
  8. and nearby.... https://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2018/05/30/hines-looks-to-acquire-property-near-buffalo-bayou.html this will be for multifamily development
  9. Project: Alexan Junction Heights Address: 3003 Summer Street Houston, TX 77007 Developer: Trammel Crow Architect: EDI International Information: 7 levels of parking with 5 levels of residential wrapping garage. 335 units, total of approx. 520,000 SF Start Date: 12/20/2021 Completion Date: 4/19/2024 (I'm waiting for renderings)
  10. Looks like Broadstone purchased some more land for another apartment project in the greater Heights. Taking a wild stab that it might be this lot currently being used for a heavy equipment storage based simply on the shape of the lot and the shape of the new plat.
  11. https://houston.eater.com/2018/9/20/17883368/dantons-seafood-montrose-relocating-mockingbird-bistro Do we know of anything "cooking" at this site? I could easily see a mid/high rise going in at this site.
  12. HOUSTON — Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties represented the seller of 2.77 acres at 3409 Brinkman St. in the Garden Oaks area just off W. 34th. Along with the land came a 38,000 SF flex building with an ambulance services tenant. The buyer was Braun Enterprises, which plans to redevelop the site in the future. https://realtynewsreport.com/rnr-real-estate-briefs-hou-aus-dal-sat-and-more-14/
  13. "Alliance Residential Co. is planning to develop a five-story, 207-unit apartment complex south of downtown for the block bounded by Bell, Leeland, Main and Fannin. EDI International is the architectural firm." http://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/real-estate/article/Houston-s-apartment-boom-focuses-on-urban-scene-4619878.php?t=445cfc44ffb05374ef Latest Renders:

  17. 13 just had a story about a proposed 23 story high rise and how southhampton and boulevard oaks are complaining about the increased density/traffic etc that will result. they will be tearing down some older apartments to create this project. story
  18. I felt like we can create an induvial topic instead of having the topic buried in the Hardy Yards Developments thread. Prose is Alliance Residential's "work force" housing that is a middle of the line offering. The next line up is their Broadstone luxury line of apartments. Designed by EDI International and is located on the outskirts of downtown. Website: https://prosehardyyards.com/
