  12. The publicized route of the proposed Texas Central high-speed rail goes directly through the new Dunham Pointe development currently being built. The attached image merges the alignment map from Texas Central and the site plan from Dunham Pointe to show the rail going through planned homes, retail, and mixed use spaces, and very close to the next CFISD educational village. Are developers banking on the high-speed rail never happening? I really have no strong opinion either way about the rail, and I'm not following it super closely to know how likely it is or isn't to happen. But, the potential for this clash is intriguing. 15. Hello all, This is my first post to the forms. I noticed while out today, the building at 11411 FM 1960 is currently being demolished on 11/2/21 . From my research, I have found that the building was formally a dealership, Northwest Suzuki. I know that it has stood vacant for at least 3 years, as that is how long I have been coming to the area on a regular basis. I can't find anything on the internet about the demolition or what the property will be used for in the future. I have some pictures I will try to upload later to preserve this small, rather insignificant part of Houston history. I hope there are others who maybe know more about this property, and are willing to share. It has fascinated me for years, as do many abandoned and run down structures.
  16. Noticed this on Satya Inc.'s website. https://satyainc.com/condo-hotel-office/
  17. There is ground work happening at the corner of Spring Cypress and Skinner Roads in Cy-Fair Town Center. Any know what's going in? NewQuest sold the development to Inland American (http://inlandamerican.propertycapsule.com/properties/40040102/#overview) a few years ago. Neither company lists this activity. Inland plans show the area as part of the parking lot but it's still grass.
  18. Prose At Huffmeister is on the most recent planning agenda. Alliance Residential sure is pumping out a lot of these Prose projects.
