I heard from someone in the real estate community that this property traded hands. Does anyone know what the new owners plans are? I believe the restaurant depot store has already shut down.

2036 East TC Jester is an 18,000 SF retail center located in the rapidly gentrifying Lazybrook / Timbergrove submarket. This project was acquired at a substantial discount to replacement cost and was 20% occupied at acquisition. The property benefitted from a 7 / 1,000 parking ratio and was quickly leased to 100% occupancy and sold. https://www.ancorian.com/2036-tc-jester

Saw a sign from Ancorian in front of the blue building on the corner of McKinney + Palmer Street. Any idea what this will be? Ancorian's website doesn't have it listed.

The 60,000 SF warehouse in Houston's Second Ward at 2339 Commerce may be redeveloped into a mixed-use development, retail or residential. 2339 Commerce St is listed as an upcoming project on Ancorian's website: http://www.ancorian.com/project/2339-commerce/ 2339 Commerce is a 60,000 SF redevelopment project located in Houston’s rapidly gentrifying east downtown neighborhood. 2339 sits in the shadows of downtown Houston and provides an eclectic value option for downtown office users.

There is a sign on the property immediately west of Onion Creek. The rendering of the building shows 4 levels of parking with 9 levels of apartments above. "For lease information call Ed Rizk Properties 281-531-0808". Have I been missing it or is this sign new? Any info available?
