I heard from someone in the real estate community that this property traded hands. Does anyone know what the new owners plans are? I believe the restaurant depot store has already shut down.

There is a sign on the property immediately west of Onion Creek. The rendering of the building shows 4 levels of parking with 9 levels of apartments above. "For lease information call Ed Rizk Properties 281-531-0808". Have I been missing it or is this sign new? Any info available?

An archive link to this thread is here. Ancorian is purchasing property on the 800 block of W 19th Street, off North Durham. The properties purchased recently are shown below in block 96, lots 1-6. There could purchase more property for a new development or resell. Last month Ancorian established a LLC for 19th Street LLC, purchasing the properties under that entity. Does any one know of any plans here?

2036 East TC Jester is an 18,000 SF retail center located in the rapidly gentrifying Lazybrook / Timbergrove submarket. This project was acquired at a substantial discount to replacement cost and was 20% occupied at acquisition. The property benefitted from a 7 / 1,000 parking ratio and was quickly leased to 100% occupancy and sold. https://www.ancorian.com/2036-tc-jester

I am hearing that the AT&T building has sold to a developer looking to convert the property to multifamily. No idea whether they will demo the building. As an ardent preservationist, I will actually say that this building could take one for the team. It is a fairly plain box with early modern and just a touch of late deco. Very little in design elements worth saving, just as long as the replacement is of an appropriate scale.

Here are photos of the sign: The sign is on the 3110 White Oak property, but it was recently sold together with the 3122 White Oak property (together totaling 25,000 sq. ft.): The new property owner's name is Geoff Vaughan, and his mailing address is a unit at the Royalton on Allen Parkway. As far as I can tell, the combined property is shown by the red square in the below: Is this really a large enough parcel for the project pictured on the sign? If that is the plan, Vaughan has got to expect neighborhood opposition - that building is completely wrong for that location, in my opinion.
