    I'm certain I saw a topic about this but couldn't find it. Merge if necessary. Multi block apartments by Alliance Broadstone in Eado. Saw signs on all sides of this future project. I assume the retail portion on the northern side will continue. Sparkle burger on the southwest corner was closed and abandoned, I wonder if they moved elsewhere? They were pretty good old school burgers but don't ever order a double, they were huge.

So, I'm reupping the thread again minus the posts that were in the previous thread (since I didn't save it and it's been removed from Google cache). 1505 Oliver Street in the First Ward.     HOUSTON — Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties represented the seller of 2.77 acres at 3409 Brinkman St. in the Garden Oaks area just off W. 34th. Along with the land came a 38,000 SF flex building with an ambulance services tenant.     Looks like Broadstone purchased some more land for another apartment project in the greater Heights. Taking a wild stab that it might be this lot currently being used for a heavy equipment storage based simply on the shape of the lot and the shape of the new plat.

    Just ran across this by way of a search on HAR: Da Vinci Court They are townhouses in the 1500 block of North Main and apparently is the first project in the Hardy Railyard development. They look very nice. Has anyone been by there lately? Are these already under construction? Well, I just did the virtual tour on the website and it appears that some of them have already been built. Is that correct?

    Does anyone know what the plans are for the large piece of land just inside the west loop across from Northwest Mall? It is bordered on the north by Minimax St and the southern edge is just north of the 610/Hempstead Hwy intersection. The previous warehouse/commercial structure was torn down in 2006.     This was mentioned in the Bizjournal article regarding the museum district site Alliance is also developing. Does anyone have renderings of this? Should be a game changer for the area of Washington north of I-10.
