This is pretty huge in my opinion, old Jones Coney Island is being demo'd and a new restaurant called Artisan's will replace it. Seems like a pretty huge price tag!

I think this is going to be a DEMO + Building a new gas station. Kind of interesting because its not a corner lot and the lot itself looks very small for a gas station (especially off of Westheimer).

CVS left this building about a year ago, and it's been empty since. This is a major intersection (Hillcroft/Voss/Westheimer), so anything is better than an unoccupied building. I haven't heard of the company but apparently its a well known shoe/athletic store. I'm not sure how large the renovations are going to be based on the cost compared to how large the building is.

This will be on the second floor of the building according to a recent LoopNet listing. I know some nearby residents won't be too happy about a night club moving in. Maybe the owner will renovate the exterior of the building now that its fully leased 🤷♂️

Just a passing observation about the property across the street. 3535 Sage Road has a big for sale sign advertising 8.2 acre tract of land for sale. That’s pretty big chunk of land for this area. Also just south of 3525 Sage condos. Right now there is an abandoned two story commercial bldg along with a really big ugly parking lot. Looks like plenty of development opportunities around here… keeping my fingers crossed. Need lots more lovin in this part of town! -

I saw this lot get fenced up earlier this week and was wondering if anyone knows what's going on here. This used to be "Chinese cafe" a couple of years ago but it closed down and the lot has been looking like a mess lately, so essentially anything would be nice here........except another gas station lol
