    Village Crossing is the name of the development along a stretch of the Southwest Freeway, just east of FM 2218 / B.F. Terry Blvd. and immediately west of the Silver Eagle Distributors facility. To date, the sole structure built has been a Cavender's Boot City which opened in 2021.     Thought it would be good to start a thread for this potential development. It's at the southeast corner of Hwy 36 & the Southwest Freeway, just east of the actual intersection and existing developments there. So far Shipley Donuts looks to have spoken for one of the retail tracts facing the feeder. A sign has been there for a year or two but I don't recall anything else in recent visits.
