It looks like Caydon’s properties in Midtown were sold at a foreclosure sale earlier this month. From what I can tell, this is about everything Caydon owned north of Drewery Place:

At first I didn't understand the new address right, 2701 Main, and thought that the Fitzroy will destroy the Pacific Mutual Life building at 2701 Fannin. Whew. Caydon has gone ahead and bumped a previous 2019 inquiry to the FAA seeing if they can now get anything up to 600' at their parcels with the address 2606 Fannin. For those who click through, "Work in Progress" just means that the proposed limit has not received its determination letter yet, not that the building is in progress now.

Looks like a residential high-rise is (well, more likely was) planned for 3030 Travis St. Sometime between Jan. 2015 and Aug. 2015 the owners removed all leasing information from the strip center that sits on the site. Hm all I can find is this. Keymap 493Y is right around their project Chenevert Condominiums at 3501 Chenevert, so maybe its related?
