Large business center / distribution center project under development just west of the intersection of SH 249 & the Grand Parkway https://lovettindustrial.com/properties/portfolio/interchange-249 "Interchange 249, a joint venture between Lovett Industrial and Clarion Partners, is a multi-phased 240-acre business park, that, at park completion, will offer nearly 3.1 million square feet of light industrial and warehouse space. The largest, Building 10, is used by Macy's for their relocated distribution center. Building 2 is also leased.
